Information you share

When you request a sample, we collect your work email, your company name if you choose to provide it, and the financial file you upload. That file may include information about your business, employees, customers or vendors.

Share only the information needed to prepare your sample. Remove unrelated personal information, and never include passwords or banking login credentials.

How we use your information

We use your uploaded file only to prepare your sample. We use your contact details to confirm your request, clarify any questions and send your results.

Who handles your information

Our team handles your sample request. We also use service providers to receive your submission and deliver communications, so they process information as part of providing those services.

File retention and deletion

Uploaded files are automatically deleted within 48 hours of submission.

This 48-hour period applies to uploaded files. Contact details and correspondence are separate from the uploaded file; contact us with questions about those records.

Your choices and privacy questions

You can contact team@hyperroll.ai to ask about your information, request a correction or request earlier deletion of your uploaded file.
